About the financial coaching benefit
The Baily Thomas Provident Fund is delighted to be able to offer you access to financial coaching through Maji, a financial planning and coaching service that helps people take control of their finances and grow their wealth.
Through Maji, you can access 1:1 financial coaching with a financial expert who can help with areas such as:
- Retirement planning
- Inheritance planning
- Understanding pensions
- And lots more
Maji's financial coaches are all qualified financial advisors who choose to practice as coaches. This means they will help you to articulate your financial goals, understand your financial options, create a financial plan and work out which path suits you best, but they will never tell you what to do or recommend specific financial products. Where advice is required, they will signpost to qualified financial advisors.
With Maji, you also have access to a range of financial planning tools through their digital platform.
The Baily Thomas Provident Fund will pay for you and a spouse/partner to access the Maji service. You can each meet independently with your financial coach up to four times per year. Maji’s platform and digital tools are available 24/7.

What to do next
If you are interested in opting in to the Maji service, simply download and complete the below application form and return it to the Baily Thomas Provident Fund office.
Once received and approved, we will pass your details to Maji who will send you an email inviting you to create an account with them. Once registered, you can book your first financial coaching session.
Please note, a unique email address is required to access this benefit, and coaching sessions take place online via Zoom.
